Around 8:50am EDT this morning (August 16, 2006), a local construction accident severed incoming fiber conduits running to one of our datacenters. We are actively working with the construction crews to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. The majority of our customers will not be affected by this outage. Only those customers with websites and or databases located at that datacenter are affected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience when calling our support center, as we are experiencing unusally high call volume.
Please keep checking our website for an updated status of this situation.
